AURORAVIVID is committed to providing a checkout experience that is clear, protected, and convenient. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Accepted Payments

Depending on availability at checkout, payment options may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other secure payment methods offered through our payment providers. Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed.

Secure Checkout

Transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment systems. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems. Payment details are handled by authorized payment processors according to their security standards.

Order Review

To protect customers and the store from unauthorized activity, some orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. We may cancel or refund an order if payment authorization fails, transaction details cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, or the order appears inconsistent with our fraud prevention standards.

Discount Codes

• Discount codes must be entered during checkout before the order is placed.
• Only one code may apply unless the checkout page clearly allows otherwise.
• Codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order is submitted.
• A code may expire, be limited to certain products, or be subject to minimum purchase requirements.
